Nicely matted and framed under glass. Retains metal strips on top and bottom and comes with a full pad. Appears to be dry mounted on light cardboard. Medium to heavy soiling to top and bottom areas, some closed tears, minor color touchup, and a few small areas of missing paper. Still displays very well. Size: Framed: 27 - 1/4" x 18".
