This festoon is complete and comes in its original packaging. Packaging is quite worn with some water damage, tears and punched holes. The festoon itself does have moderate loss to some of the foil areas as well as numerous punched holes and some soiling with minor fading. (Very Good Plus). Largest: 37-1/2'' L.
