16" diameter; complete with a file photo of Atlantic City in 1916 which shows exactly this style of shade with the rounded flairs at the top instead of the pointed flairs; the file photo also shows the fringe, although this particular fringe, albeit a wonderful accent, was likely not original to this piece; there is a large bag of extra pieces and parts of this fringe as it is currently very fragile and needs to be re-strung; this actual shade was displayed for years and years in Bill Schmidt's mother's home in Florida, and later in his office at the Bottling Company; two of the top panels have a total of 3 closed cracks with only 10 to 12 small closed cracks or glass nicks in the bottom panels; there are no open holes or cracks which would allow light transmission; this shade displays beautifully with only medium soiling; condition 7.5 to 8 /VG+
