24" diameter and 24" tall with support rod; these fixtures are not often encountered and this is a nice overall example; all the glass panels are strongly screened with no cracks chips or breaks; general tarnish and light pitting on most of the metal plated surfaces on the top, sides, and bottom of the metal elements of the fixture; the bottom light diffuser panel is textured plastic, it would be truer to the piece to replace it with a piece of frosted octagonal glass, but that is easily accomplished; condition 7.3 to 7.8/VG
