Description 1930s. Made by Kay Displays. All surfaces have original paint. A good bit of overall rusting and pitting to the gold arrow and ring and a few paint chips and nicks, small dark spots, light scratches, and wear to the cooler.Condition (Very Good). Size 16" x 32".
