27 1/2":x 19 1/2" framed under Plexiglas; this is a wonderful and highly elusive early tin sign featuring Hilda Clark at the desk with early flare glass; this sign was lithoed by Sentenne and Green; displays as VG, however being critical you might call the condition Fair to Good, due to the perimeter and a few scattered nail holes, a few scratches, bends, small lower left missing corner with medium wear and fading; obviously this is still an immensely enjoyable sign and ranks as highly desirable and important
